Food Is Fuel

I say that term all the time and yet it is still confusing.

We all have a relationship with food. It is created the same way all relationships are created through time and habits. If our parents sat down and ate chips after dinner every night, guess what we probably do? If our mom got up every morning and went for a run or a workout, guess what we probably do? Now this goes both ways, if we watched our parents spiral because of their food choices we are probably a little more conscious of the things that sent them down that hole. The good news about all this is that we have the ability to change those habits. We can change the relationship but it takes time, dedication, and patience.

I want to give you a couple strategies for changing those habits.
