Somedays are like that, even in Australia

Do you ever sit down and wonder what in the world the purpose is? The kids are screaming, the house is a mess, dinner is M.I.A and your husband is like NEVER going to be home. I am here to tell you that sitting on the floor and crying a sec is totally ok. You can have a meltdown and then move on. That means you are human. I feel like we are surrounded by the Instagram moms who are just "perfect" and we constantly feel like we don't measure up. Well let me tell you, you don't have to!! You are doing an amazing job just being you! You are killing it! You, sitting on the floor in sweats, you are crushing it!!! My clients give me a hard time because I tend to say things like "you are killing it!" or "You are crushing it!" all the time. The truth is I feel like we are all being too hard on ourselves and I am trying to change your self talk. When I say that you are crushing it most of the time you snap back with something wrong with what you are doing. You don't see what I see, and that breaks me. I want you to see the you that I see. You are strong, beautiful, capable, and doing better every single day!!

But on the days where you just don't feel it, I want you to hear my voice in your head. I want you to hear me rooting for you. I LOVE your success. I want you to feel like you can move mountains and you can do anything.

I also want you to realize that is ok to not feel 100%, it is ok to feel broken. But you have to make sure that little voice inside is strong enough to tell you to get up and move on. It is strong enough to say "you are crushing it!" You have to realize that some days are like that, even in Australia.
