Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Lactation Cookies
Ya’ll know I love SUPER simple recipes! It doesn’t have to be huge or complex, toss the ingredients in the bowl and move on! This has been my go-to lactation cookies recipe for 8 years!!! These cookies are amazing! You can make a big batch and freeze some or just eat them all. A lot of the ingredients can be changed out for gluten free options. Also if you hate oatmeal, leave it out. Don’t like chocolate? Don’t use them. You can also sub the chocolate chips for raisins if you are feeling wild!
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl or a stand mixer. I recommend all dry ingredients and then all wet ingredients but either way works.
Scoop onto large baking pan and space about an inch apart.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes and done!!
Literally that is IT!!!
