Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

Peanut Butter Banana Protein Muffins

  • 1 Cup White Sugar

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 3 large ripe bananas

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup PB Fit Peanut Butter powder

  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • ½ tsp. baking soda

  • ½ tsp salt


Cream sugar, yogurt, and butter, beat in egg. Add milk and mix in mashed bananas. Sift together flour PB Fit, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix flour and banana mixture together. Grease muffin pan or insert liners and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.



Done and done!!! Easy and family friend recipe!! You can also substitute the PB Fit for a Peanut Butter Protein powder.
